Functional, soft and stylish — the Sir Cowl Scarf from the Gents Collection is the ultimate men’s winter accessory. Knitted in a medium chunky rib from extra fine Merino wool and mercerised Pima cotton, it provides warmth and comfort while adding a refined, sporty touch.

Blended in two shades of grey Merino with two shades of brown cotton, the randomly mixed threads create a tweed-like marled effect. A sturdy non-divisible zipper, finished with a decorative stitch, gives it a rugged yet polished look. Wear it zipped high for full insulation on the bike, or unzip it indoors to turn it into a casual collar that you won’t misplace.

STUDIO MYR is een klein onafhankelijk knitwear merk van Miriam Lenarts.

Eerlijke handel: De collectie van Miriam wordt op kleine schaal gebreid in Nederland onder eerlijke werkomstandigheden. Dit gebeurd in het Nederlandse brei-atelier Knit-it. De materialen zijn afkomstig uit Italië. Daar worden de garen vervaardigd door twee familiebedrijven.

Milieuvriendelijk: Studio Myr maakt gebruik natuurlijke stoffen zoals merino wol, linnen en katoen. De merino wol is RWS gecertificeerd, en dus mulesing-vrij en er wordt op een goede manier met de dieren opgegaan. De linnen word geteeld in Europa, en de biologische katoen is GOTS gecertificeerd. Tenslotte gebruikt Studio Myr nog Pima katoen.

Duurzaamheid ligt dicht bij het hart van Miriam en de kleding wordt daarom ook geproduceerd met zo min mogelijk verspilling, volgens het zero waste principe. 

Lokaal geproduceerd: Alle kleding wordt lokaal geproduceerd in Nederland, en de garen worden gemaakt in Italië.
