Een motto om bij stil te staan!

Eerlijk geproduceerd: Komodo produceert eerlijk in Nepal, China, Indonesië, Sri Lanka, India en Turkije. Meerdere fabrieken zijn GOTS gecertificeerd door de Soil Association certificering, wat organische materialen en eerlijke handel garandeert. 

Milieuvriendelijk: de kleding wordt gemaakt van GOTS gecertificeerd biologisch katoen, hennep, linnen, modal, Tencel, Cupro, gerecycled PET, upcycled rubber, wol en corozo (voor de knopen). Dit zijn natuurlijke, biologische en innovatieve materialen. De Merino wol (die alleen in de wintercollecties wordt gebruikt) is gecertificeerd en komt van een non-mulesing bron.  Het verpakkingsmateriaal wordt gemaakt van gerecycled papier, plantaardig composteerbaar folie en papieren tape. 

Goed doel: Komodo steunt verschillende goede doelen in de landen waar zij produceren, zoals de Sumatraanse orang-oetanvereniging, Tibet Relief Fund en Sunrise Orphanage Kathmandu.
