Our China-based company is a German-Chinese joint venture: we have been working together since the company was founded in 2008. The production is GOTS certified. As a particularly versatile specialist for sustainable materials, we value the cooperation with the factory very much. The proximity to the raw material and the excellent quality of the production facility have convinced us during our personal visits for decades - together we prove that "Made in China" also works differently.

Polyester is used at LANIUS in a very selective and exclusively recycled manner. In the course of the recycling process, polyester residues from yarn and fabric production are collected, decomposed into a high-quality raw material and used for new yarn. The use of recycled fibers conserves the limited resource of crude oil and our environment.

This item is completely CO₂-neutralized. Together with the experts from ClimatePartner, we determine the CO₂ emissions caused during production and offset them by supporting a carbon offset project.

This article is certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), the world's leading standard for textiles made from recycled materials. It guarantees a minimum 50% share of recycled materials, high environmental requirements along the entire textile production chain, and extensive social criteria.

The article as well as its production is free of animal ingredients and marked with the PETA "Approved Vegan" seal. Especially in the finishing of textiles, animal softeners are often used. We do without them and use vegan alternatives.

Ze zijn erg transparant en hebben op hun website een pagina gewijd aan al hun leveranciers, zodat je kunt zien wie je kleding heeft gemaakt.

Milieuvriendelijk: De kleding is gemaakt van GOTS-gecertificeerd biologisch katoen dat op een milieuvriendelijke manier is verbouwd, biologische en mulesing-vrije wol en ECONYL ® 100% geregenereerd nylongaren gemaakt van gerecyclede visnetten. Ze gebruiken ook andere duurzame materialen en hebben een pagina gewijd aan al hun materialen op hun website als je andere milieuvriendelijke materialen wilt leren kennen.

Goed doel: Lanius doneert op internationale vrouwendag 10% van alle dagelijkse inkomsten aan de organisatie FEMNET.
